Hogan builders' first home in a subdivision was a huge success.
We built a gorgeous new home in a prestigious golfing community.
We tried to preserve the existing trees. As you can see,
the driveway, sidewalk, and parking area flow around these
two trees.

Does this look like the front of a house? We hope so. We built this home in a golf course community, so it needs to have more than one good-looking side. The front of the house is pictured above.
Front Yard
Leaving so many trees in the front yard is not the most common thing for a home builder to do. It is easier for a home builder to chop them down, and make some money doing it. At Hogan Builders, we are more concerned for the environment than we are with speeding up a project and making more money. We believe that sustainability and quality go hand-in-hand. The shade that these trees provide in summer will reduce the cooling bill, enhance privacy, and even slightly reduce the temperature in the front yard.
Millwork
What is "Millwork"? It is the white lines you see around the edges and corners of the house - the white wooden trim that makes this house look so upscale. The columns, the railing, the color of the house, the color of the wooden doors- they all match and complement each other. At Hogan Builders, we take pride in this type of attention to detail when building quality homes.
Interior
Kitchen
There is no need to have a TV in the kitchen. However, many home owners do. The owner of this new home will not need to have an extra TV in their kitchen. They will be able to see the one in the living room. This is one of the many advantages of an open floor plan. Building your own home from the ground up gives you and us best opportunity to make your home just the way you want it.
Living Room
The built-in cabinetry helps keep this living room tidy. This is the kind of living room where you can gather around the fire, and the TV, at the same time. If you get hungry, you can step over into the kitchen and get some food, all without missing a part of the movie. You spend so much time in your home, let us help you build a new custom home.
