Infill development is an important component of "New Urbanism". Over the last two years we have developed several lots within existing neighborhoods. Infill can be a delicate process; we feel that we have been sensitive to the process. Our success can be measured by the enthusiasm we have been greeted with, and the rate at which the homes we have placed in neighborhoods have sold. Almost all of the infill we have done is in, or adjacent to, historic (protected) neighborhoods, that we feel we have complimented.


 Narrow Lot? No Problem!

Partnering with Red Clay Real Estate Development (NewUrbanAthens.com), we have filled some large, unsightly, empty, urban lots with beautiful new homes. The photos on this page were taken at a infill development called "Shawneeville". We are glad to be creating such new communities, so conveniently nestled into the city of Athens. We take pride in making Athens, GA a city to be proud of.
